Originally from Compton, California John has more than 40 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. John has done hundreds of millions of dollars in Leasing, Acquisition, and Disposition. Having held multiple securities licenses (Series 6,65,63), John offers Property Casualty Insurance Consulting, Business Brokerage and Financial Advising to his clients. He is a licensed broker in Nevada and California and is qualified to identify investors and projects that are viable in Nevada, California and throughout the country.
John was lured to Las Vegas 25 years ago by a lucrative commercial investment and and never left. He fell in love with Sin City and views Las Vegas as the modern “Wild Wild West.” He is proud to run his company with his eldest daughter Shannon.

As a local and having grown-up and lived in Las Vegas for over 42 years, Gary has witnessed tremendous growth and change within the city. In 1984, his father opened up a Korean & Japanese Supermarket on Spring Mountain Road. This concept evolved into the Chinatown theme in Las Vegas. At the age of 15, Gary began working in the family business, and there he learned the value of hard work, customer care, honestly, loyalty, and the most important thing: how to make your customers feel like family.
Gary has 35 years of retail experience and knows all the ins and outs of all types of retail businesses. Gary places great emphasis on hard work, character, humility and treating others well. He strives to under-promise and over-deliver.

Originally from Lynnfield, Massachusetts Jeff attended Providence College (Providence, RI) and graduated with a degree in Marketing. Shortly after relocating to Las Vegas he worked as a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley (Series, 7,65,63,31, State/Federal Insurance License) under the direct supervision of Gary Lee Abraham for whom the Will Smith movie: “The Pursuit of Happiness” was based. He also spent time with The Mike Ferry Organization, introducing “Mike’s” scripted techniques to top real estate agents throughout the country.
Jeff is passionate about helping business owners maximize value by placing the strongest tenants in their properties and providing exemplary property management service. In his spare time he is pursuing a doctorate degree in English and is an avid NFL football fan. He has been featured as a weekly guest on the Official New England Patriots “Pre-game Social” during the NFL regular season and playoffs.
Jeff is eager to introduce his son Tyler to the CRE business who, at age 21, is the youngest manager out of Wynn Las Vegas’ 11,000 employees.

Michael began his work in the financial industry as a mortgage loan originator and soon after added life insurance and annuities to his skillset. Outside of work, Michael has volunteered with various organizations including 3 Square, PSI Seminars, and the local Weimaraner Dog Rescue.
